Planning your Family Vacation to Steamboat Springs
Colorado Vacation Rentals offers a variety vacation rental condos and town homes that are located around the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. We have 1 to 4 bedroom fully furnished vacation rentals with in-room laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchens, high speed internet access and more. Certain complexes also provide guests with Ski in Ski out access to slopes, heated pools, private or shared hot tubs, and fitness centers. There are plenty of outdoor activities including mountain biking, rafting, fly fishing, hot air balloon rides, skiing and snowboarding, snowmobiling and dog sledding.

Hours of Operation
We are open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM seven days a week. We may close or limit hours of operation on selected holidays. You will receive arrival instructions for your trip to Steamboat 1-1.5 weeks prior to your arrival. If you do not receive these arrival instructions, please contact us via email or 800-881-8751 to make sure we can re-send them prior to your departure. Please remember to print these out and bring them with you prior to your stay. Do not rely solely on your GPS system to get you to the condo - -there is additional information that you need in your arrival instructions that "google" knows nothing about!
Check-In / Checkout
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM the day of your arrival, provided the prior guests left on time and all the necessary cleaning and repairs have been completed. Please do not ask to check in early during the Holidays, as our housekeepers are busily trying to clean and prepare the vacation home for you. If you arrive in town prior to 4:00, you can stroll around town, line up your ski rentals, or make a trip to the grocery store, etc. At other times of year, you are welcome to ask about early check-in. If the property is ready, we'll gladly let you check in; if the property is not clean, please understand that we cannot give you early check-in.
Checkout is 10:00 AM the day of your departure. Please do not ask for a late checkout, as our housekeepers need to get into the vacation home to clean and prepare it for our next guest. Again, if you are leaving Steamboat later in the day, please check with us on where you might be able to store your luggage so the cleaning crew can prepare the unit for the arrival of our next guests.
Lodging Accommodations
Colorado Vacation Rentals represents several condos, town homes and lodging properties in Steamboat Springs Colorado. Because these vacation condos are privately owned, decor, style, color schemes, and inventories will vary, reflecting the individual tastes of each owner. Every effort is made to ensure that our description and photos of each property are accurate, however we cannot be held responsible for possible errors in printing, changes made by owners in furnishings or equipment, or matters that are beyond our control. Since these are privately owned vacation rentals, please do not move any furnishings or kitchen items.
Every vacation home is inspected before guest arrival. If we have overlooked anything, or if you discover any problems or damage upon arrival to the property, please notify our office immediately so that we can try to rectify the problem. If we do not hear from you and subsequently discover the damage upon your departure, you will be held responsible for said damage.
If any damage occurs during your stay, again, please call us and help us work with you in settling the matter before your departure. Since every property is also carefully inspected post-occupancy, you will be held responsible for any damage observed beyond normal wear and tear.

Housekeeping
Your reserved property will be cleaned and supplied with bed and bath linens prior to your arrival. If you would like additional housekeeping service during your stay, arrangements can be made through our office for an additional fee.
Each vacation home has a supply of products such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap, Laundry detergent; however you may need to purchase additional amounts during longer stays. Each bathroom is supplied with soap, shampoo and lotions. Please do not use the hand towels to remove makeup or apply medicines than will bleach them.
A post-occupancy cleaning fee is included in your reservation costs. You are expected to leave the home "broom clean", which means bagging the trash and placing it in the outside receptacle, cleaning and putting away the dishes, cleaning the barbecue, and generally tidying up (leaving no major messes). The cost for any damaged or missing linens and towels will be charged against your security deposit.
Telephones
For those condos that have land line telephone service, local calls are free. You will need a calling card, a phone card, or a credit card to make long-distance calls. Certain condos are NOT equipped with telephones, you will need to use your cell phone for any local or long distance calls needed during your stay.
