Scott and Kristy Fox opened Freshies in the summer of 2003. After owning and operating Winonas restaurant for eleven years, we decided to take our love of great food and friendly service to a larger location. The Fox's have built their business on a local following. Locals and visitors know they can count on dishes that are prepared from scratch with quality ingredients, served in a fast friendly manner. The staff at Freshies works hard to satisfy all of our customers needs. We take pride in using local and organic ingredients whenever the season allows. Our menu changes throughout the year to showcase the seasons best without forgetting our favorites. There is something for everyone! We do it all for the love of food.
