We were so happy with this condo. It was very clean, new, and nicely decorated. The floor plan was great. The kids loved the sleeping "loft." It was centrally located--right in between town and gondola, and close to grocery store. Hot tub a small jaunt, but it didn't bother us. A friend drove us from Denver & she was coming to Steamboat the following week, and rented a different place. When she saw our condo, she was disappointed she didn't rent it instead.
Great place, very new and clean. Loved the loft for our kids. Easy walking distance to resturants and grocery store. Steamboat was great. Look forward to a return trip.
The condo was absolutely lovely. All around it was a perfect fit for our needs.The furnishings and decor adds so much to the ambience of the property. This is by far, my favorite place to stay in Steamboat Springs. It has all the amenities that everyone looks for. Clean, new, comfortable and the location is perfect. Whether you are looking for a ski vacation rental or a summer biking, hiking, fly fishing trip, this condo and location will suit all your needs with spectacular views of Steamboat Springs Ski Resort and Howelsen Hill. Free transportation and grocery stores are right out your door with a plethora of restaurants to choose from as well. It will be well worth your while to check this place out. Cheers Ben
This condo gave us the perfect respite between long days in the beautiful Colorado wilderness. It is conveniently located for access to hiking trails, fishing, and all the amenities of downtown Steamboat. The views from the front porch are breathtaking. The master bedroom and bath felt like we were coming home to our own personal spa. The fireplace emitted a warm flickering glow every evening to help warm the cold alpine air. The kitchen was nicely appointed for any cooking endeavor we undertook.
We felt right at home the minute we walked through the door. Very well decorated and impeccably clean. It comfortably fit 6 adults and 1 child. Had all the amenities including washer/dryer, fireplace, deck, hot tub. Perfect location...walk to grocery store, Starbucks, the Yampa river and the shuttle that takes you directly to the mountain (less than 5 min drive). This was our 2nd ski season and we will definitely be returning.
