this unit is in a great location for summer in Steamboat, especially for biking into town. It was very well stocked and clean. The layout was good with 2 bedrooms on one side of the living area and one on the other. The community is a mix of tourists and locals. Note that although the unit has a garage, it is used by the owner for storage and cannot be used to park a car. Not a problem in the summer. We would definitely stay here again!
Property was clean and high quality. Kitchen was well-equiped and linens/bath amenities were good. Walk to bus stop was alittle longer than expected, and could be shortened by adding walkways between buildings. Overall, I would recommend this property to friends.
