unit 120 in the phoenix complex was perfect for our six twenty year old college kids and three fifty year old parents. hot tub and heated pool helped ease the stiffness after the wonderful skiing. just a short, easy walk to ski down to the gondola, we could eat lunch in the condo everyday. we were amazed how well appointed the apartment was: from the kitchen to the bathrooms and everything inbetween. it was a pleasure, and we will look for it next visit.

Our family of four, plus mother, brother and aunt, couldn't have been happier at The Phoenix. The proximity to the base area was a prime factor in choosing this particular apartment and it turned out to be a key reason we enjoyed our holiday so much. Roll out of bed, boots on and out the door in a flash! The four bed, 4 bath combination allowed each of us to have our privacy and the common living and dining areas were generous in size. We enjoyed the condo's great hot tub/swimming pool and a big bonus was the shuttle service provided by the Phoenix.  Bradley Luth was great help, We'll definitely return!

We've been coming to Steamboat for many years, and this condo was by far our favorite accomodation. Beautifully-renovated with all the amenities one would expect from a top-notch resort. High-end appliances and TVs, comfortable beds, and plenty of bathrooms to comfortably accomodate 10 guests. A private, heated ski storage room on the 1st floor, complete with boot dryers, was definitely a plus as it helped to keep the living space both dry and clutter-free (particularly important when you're trying to manage ski equipment for 10 people!). Walk less than 2-minutes from the front door and you'll be at the ski basin, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops and - most importantly - the gondola to take you up the mountain. Nothing but great things to say about this property. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Ski Town USA! Thanks for the hospitality.
