As always, a great experience with Colorado Vacation Rentals. The condo was exactly as advertised and seen in the pictures online. The property was well maintained, and Brad Luth was always available via phone to help with any questions we had. The free bus was available right at the end of the driveway to the complex. We would definitely go back for another vacation!

We had another great time in Steamboat. The rental was extremely nice and we really like the location of the Pines at Orehouse. Everything in the unit was in great working order, and the decor was great. Either I am getting bigger or the master bed was a bit small. That would be our only negative comment. We left our 'new' walking sticks on the front porch for other's use and a floor fan that we bought in the closet....we need one to dry our fishing cloths each night.We are disappointed that Mambo Italiano is scaling back the best happy-hour special in the world, but what can you do? Our vacation at Steamboat springs, (Colorado Vacation rental) was next to Heaven It was located in a beautiful area with friendly people We needed to have an accessible location as my husband was using crutches. Being on the first floor with door to door parking met our needs All supplies that we could possibly need were available. including all the staples we . needed... Appliances were wonderful: the stove, microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The dcor was first rate following a theme of the mountains with bears with pleasant . colors. Selections were done by our special friends Jack and Marylou Fahres the . . owners. If you want to have a restful, rejuvenating, warm comfy experience, come to the condo. Annette and Paul Soby
