Located in the Yampa Valley off of State Hwy 40 in Steamboat Colorado, this rental home is within one mile of the Steamboat Ski Resort! Skiing, snow shoeing, Snowmobiling and shopping are right outside your door! Two premiere golf courses, fly fishing on the Yampa, and horseback riding are a stones throw away!
The condo was amazing! There was plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need! Brad was very accommodating! We would definitely stay there again!
Our Adult ski club only meets once a year for a long weekend. We try to find a comfortable and centrally located rental each year/resort that we visit. The Pines #301 was great. Centrally located, reasonably priced and outfitted with everything that we needed for a great trip. The bunkroom is great for the adult males that don't want to share sleeping arrangements with others. It was a great stay for our group and the ski conditions were really great for our weekend. I recommend it to families, groups and couples who want to hang out together.
Overall, have little to no complaints and would highly recommend this property. We had a great time.The overall quality and decor were excellent. Furniture and overall quality were top notch. The wireless didn't work the first day but Brad addressed and resolved this quickly. I'd highly recommend it and thought it was a very nice place to stay at a great value. Also note it was on the shuttle line, which was very easy to catch to and from the mountain. Location was very nice and near everything.Brad was great - responsive and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay again.
We had a great time in Steamboat! The condo was beautiful! A true "home away from home". We will be back!
We had a wonderful time at Steamboat Springs. Everyone on the mountain is very friendly and helpful. The condo was beautiful and extremely comfortable for us. We were grandparents, parents and two elementary school children. The ski school was outstanding.
We stayed here one week and couldnt have been happier. Great views of the mountain and a condo with leather couches and a kitchen any chef would kill for. Easy access to grocery store as well. We are coming back to this place!!!!
We stayed at the condo with another family (4 adults and 4 kids). It was terrific. The kitchen is great - the perfect place to cook big meals for the whole group. The fireplace is warm and we basically heated the condo by almost just using the fireplace. It is comfortable and has a good vibe. We'd recommend it to everyone.
