We had the absolute best time during our vacation in Steamboat Springs. Brad Luth with Colorado Vacation Rentals was very easy to work with, very responsive to inquiries, and set up our rental without a hitch. The condo itself was well represented in the photos. We were so pleased with the rental itself, very nicely kept, great instrucitons, great location, great condition. We will be back, and we will use Brad again, and probably request the same place. The condo was exceptional with beautiful views of the mountain. It was clean and very nice. The location was perfect -- out of town but a quick bike ride into town on the lovely river path. Brad was excellent to work with and provided extra attention. I would highly recommend this property.

I only had the chance to spend one night in this cute home. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the decor had a great cabin feel, and the quick drive to gondolas was really convenient. I'd love to have a chance to stay there again.
Great place, loved the decor. Had a great feel about it. Location was super and views of the mountain were great. Hot tub was a definate bonus. Loved our stay.
