Located in the Yampa Valley off of State Highway 40 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, this rental home is a short walk to lifts! Skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and shopping are right outside your door! Two premiere golf courses, fly fishing on the Yampa, and horseback riding are a stone's throw away!
Condo is beautiful, well equipped. Kids loved pool and biking/walking right outside. The moose visiting neighborhood flower beds for a snack was a bonus.
Very clean, well layed out, good internet access, pool was outstanding, good location to base area, pretty landscaping, great security features, nice kitchen area, great person to work with (Brad).
We enjoyed staying here and spring skiing. The gondola is an easy 2 block walk from the condo. Inside parking is convenient, with lockers for skis. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and new appliances and is well equiped. We would stay here again.
We have thoroughly enjoyed staying in this unit for two years in a row now. It works out perfectly for our family.
Enjoyed my stay. Attended a business meeting at the condo. Plenty of room, nice amenities. Nice secure building. Granite countertops a nice touch. Nice location; close to the ski mountain. Would stay again.
The Terraces condo complex is a great location with excellent upkeep and you've got to love the heated pool and hot tub. The N21 unit was a surprise. I didnt realize when it said recently upgraded that every component of the condo (for the paint in) has been upgraded- and with state of the art deco, appliances, etc. I'd recommend any single, couple, or family to rent the unit! Its out of sight!
