Searching for a modern, upgraded rental in the mountains of Steamboat Colorado? Then look no further than this 3bed/2.5 bath unit at Sunburst Townhomes. This recently updated unit has clean lines and modern finishes all at an affordable price. When you enter the front door you will notice how the polished nature of this end-unit is showcased throughout the living room, kitchen and dining area. The dark wood floors extend throughout the entire main level of the unit and numerous directional spotlights hung on wires provide soft light to showcase the artwork on the walls. There is a gas fireplace surrounded by built-in bookshelves and a large flat screen TV in the living room as well.
The sliding glass door in the dining room beautifully frames mountain views while the patio makes for a great place to soak up the Colorado sun and listen to the melody of the creek. The kitchen has been completely updated and now features new espresso oak cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a wood bar with seating. The half bath on the main floor is clean and bright with a Kohler sink and faucet and slate counter tops. The custom back splash encapsulates the artisans favorite Colorado Mountains.
All 3 bedrooms are located on the upper level with high ceilings and abundant natural light from the new windows. The upstairs bathroom includes new fixtures, lighting and granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and attached full bathroom. This bedroom is spacious, bright and has a walk-out balcony with views of Mt. Werner. New fixtures, lighting and granite counter tops in the master bath as well. A laundry closet with washer/dryer is housed on the upper level for convenience. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over full bed and a full bathroom right next door in the hallway. The 3rd bedroom includes 1 bunk bed (twin over twin) and a single twin. An outdoor storage room next to the front door provides great space for all your skis/snowboards, golf clubs and fishing gear. There is a free shuttle stop right outside the complex that can take you back and forth from the ski mountain or also to downtown Steamboat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 6 days. The kitchen was well appointed with all the needed utensils, linens, and updated appliances. All the bedrooms were great with comfortable beds and linens. The condo/town home community it is located in was nice and quiet with plenty of parking. The condo also has a gas grill on the kitchen patio. A small creek runs behind the condo that will provide a tranquil soundtrack to breakfast or dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen has everything you will need for making a big meal for the family. The fire place is a big plus and makes it very cozy. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Outdoor closet great for storing ski gear. Washer and dryer were super convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!

I loved staying here. The location was perfect and close to everything in town. The condo is decorated nicely and has plenty of room. Everything was very clean and neat. Would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time at this condo. Very quiet end unit with creek running behind it. Easy to get to mountain since bus stop is so close. Comfy beds and lots of room for family. Big and fully equipped kitchen. Will be returning next season!

The space was beautiful and clean. The house had some food essentials for cooking and toiletry essentials as well. The host truly thought of it all.

Wonderful unit with room to spare. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is quiet and so pleasant with the creek running right behind it. Furnishings are beautiful and the beds are so comfy with cozy bedding. It was so wonderful to have a washer/dryer in the unit as we were there for a baseball tournament and it was great to be able to wash uniforms between days. I would highly recommend this for any family, my 6 year old loved the room with two twins, he felt like he could sleep in a new bed every night! Great location outside of town to provide more of a home away from home feel, yet easy 6 minute drive into town!
